Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Water can generate electricity by the displacement of the electrons that it has when and electron is attached to a water molecule it bounces the electrons of the molecule and force an electron to break off when this happens the float electron continues the process until it finds a ground which in some case tends to be human flesh..lol...all electricity is, is a constant flow of negatively charge electrons...which can be cause by friction and heat.
