Under Floor Heating And Tiles, Is There An Flexable Adhesive Which Will Allow The Floor To Move Without Cracking The Tiles Or Do We Need To Lay Them On A Floating Substrate Of Some Kind, And If So What?
We have underfloor heating (wet) The area we wish to tile is 130 sq m of concrete which is going to expand and contract with the heating, if we fix ceramic floor tiles with normal floor tile adhesive they are going to crack when the floor moves. Is there an flexable adhesive which will allow the floor to move without cracking the tiles or do we need to lay them on a floating substrate of some kind, and if so what?
