How Do I Tell If My Posture Is Good?
I went to the physiotherapist and she said you have arching in your back and a couple of other things i didnt understand. Just wondering if anyone knows somewhere for ideal posture and how to fix your own

Get a second opinion before seeking any treatment on your back. You could end up feeling bad for the rest of your life if you have a bad doctor work on you.
Stand up straight with your back against the wall. You should be just able to slide your hand between your back behind your stomach and and wall. The base of your hips and shoulders should be against the wall.
You can buy online things called "posture aids" that have straps that go around your shoulders and encourage you to sit and stand correctly. Before you spend any money, here is what I would suggest: Lay a book flat on your head and learn how to hold your head so that the book doesn't fall off. Hold your head that way at all times. Square your shoulders (hold them back) so that if you are standing with your arms handing free your thumbs would rest along the seam of your trousers. Get used to standing this way at all times and you'll be surprised what it does for your back.

Always consult an orthopedic doctor for posture problems. The first thing you should feel if you have a bad posture, is the presence of pain in your back or neck, that sufficiently indicates a defect in you posture. Consult your orthopedic doctor to have your bed, chair and driving seat problems fixed...
