What Is A Full English Breakfast And Can It Be Healthy?

Answer Question

A delicious meal at breakfast, a full English breakfast CAN be extremely healthy and very good for you.  Am I serious? Yes.  How is this possible? Well, a full English consists of:

Bacon, Sausage, Fried Bread, Beans, Egg, Toast, Black Pudding, Mushrooms and Tomato.

This can easily be made healthy, swap it all for an apple, not really, you can grill the bacon and you can find healthier sausages, ok, swap the fried bread for another piece of bacon, beans are great roughage if you don't mind the parping afterwards, eggs can be scrambled or poached, toast is great roughage, black pudding if you must and mushrooms are veg and tomatoes can be grilled, ola! a great healthy English breakfast

In Scotland, it's called a full Scottish, in some parts of Northern Ireland it's called a Full Irish, or an Ulster Fry, depending on which colour you prefer to paint your flagstones.  These versions often include white pudding as well as black pudding, potato scones, potato bread and lorne sausage, which are not normally found in a full English.
