I Want To Change The Shower Fixtures. Does That Mean It Would Have To All Be Taken Apart Including The Pipes In The Wall To Change Fixtures?

The shower walls are tiled. The shower arm is in tact. The faucet screws on, and I have not checked out the handle and backsplash. Does that mean it would have to all be taken apart including the pipes in the wall to change fixtures?

No. All you have to do is change the fixtures but if the fixtures are old, be careful when taking them off because the pipes may be weak.

Its not necessary to tear out all the plumbing though the wall, if your fixtures are external and the internal plumbing is working alright there is no need to take it all apart.
