Can A Lender Repo Your Car Because You Refuse To Give Him Medical Bills And Information?
1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating
If you currently have a loan on a car and you are behind on your payments then the lender can repo your car. Usually, they will try and make arrangements to get you caught up though. But if you dont give them information they want they will probably find it some way. They can try and garnish wages if you are working. They can garnish I believe upto thirty percent of your wages. But I think they have to take you to court first. But if they decide to repo your car for non payment they can. I would say try and talk to them and see if you can make arrangements of some kind. They will be very pushy. That is how collecters get their money they are owed. Good luck.
