Why Are There Still Gang Wars On The Streets?

Answer Question

3 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

Because of the lack of enforcement with guns and drugs, and people thinking that turf is a valuable thing. When I was younger, that stuff was nearly unheard of, and when it was, it was a great shock to the community. People are desensitized to crime now, a lot less from back in my day growing up.

        1. As long as there are people wanting money or property  but are unwilling to work for it, you will find gangs.
        2. As long as there are people trying to make money FAST and not afraid to break the law, as in the case of selling drugs, you will find gangs.
        3. As long as there are people who are prejudiced toward other people, and want to keep them out of their "turf" or area, you will find gangs.
4.As long as there are people who care about themselves MORE than they care for other people, you will find gangs.

It is sad isn't it?  The fact that you asked this question makes me believe that you see how wrong it would be to be a part of one.
I hope this helps!  Take care :-)
