Insert Driver CD into your CD ROM Drive and then choose the file or setup.exe from CD or you can choose Auto Play if CD is Auto Play then Select Sound Card (e.g. Realtek 6.1 High Definitation Audio). And then press Next and then it will prompt you to Repair, Remove previous and Reinstall and select Reinstall.

First time you check the sound card attach or not attach in pci slot after that you insert the cd and then choose the setup then run and then next proceed reinstall after few time completed the install you can check in device manager.
