You can download updates related to Microsoft Office from the official website of Microsoft office. The website you can connect to is office.microsoft.com and download the particular update, add-on and converters you require and for any particular version of Office.

On the left of the screen you will notice an updates menu which lets you decide the update types or the updates based on version weather for Office 2003, Office XP, Office 2000, Office 97/98 etc. A free trial version of Microsoft Office is also available for download.
