If your last periods were on 5th Dec, 2008 then your next due date of periods depends upon your cycle length. Normal cycle length is 26-32 days. Cycle length above 35 days and below 22 days is not normal. If you have 28 days cycle then your next periods should start on 2nd Jan, 2009 and now on 6th Jan, 2009, you should be on 5th day of your periods.
