You have not mentioned the symptoms of dehydration because dehydration is the symptom not disease. The disease can be in the GI tract which can cause diarrhea leading to dehydration.
So first of all you have to find out the cause of dehydration which can be hot and humid environment. In this case give them plenty of water.
Too much stocking of sheep in a small area can be a source of bacterial infection which can cause diarrhea and dehydration. If so, antibiotics are recommended by the vet.
Sometime diarrhea is caused by virus leading to dehydration. Stress is another reason when sheep don't eat or drink.
To treat your sheep do following things

    • Separate the sheep which has diarrhea from others
    • Treat them with antibiotics after vet visit
    • Give them fresh water
    • give them electrolyte solutions  ( from pharmacy)
    • You can make this solution at home by mixing 2 teaspoons of salt, lemon juice and baking soda and 2 tablespoon of glucose in 2 liters of water.
