My Rottweiler Ran Off, We Found Her 4 Days Later By A Field.she's Been In A Fight, Foot Hurt, A Few Sores And Now Hair Is Thinning All Over. Very Lethargic, No Appetite, Ribs And Spine Showing, What's Wrong?

We do not know what could be wrong with her. She seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions?

A couple possibilities come to mind, foremost is possible infection or blood poisoning. I would take her to the vet immediately.

It could be a number of things but the main thing to remember is she was in a fight there could be internal problems you really need to take her to the vet

I totally agree with billzbub go to the asap and make sure she has her rabies shot. You can give her some aspirin and put some neosporin on her cuts but you really need to go to the vet. Make sure she is getting plenty of water so she don't get dehydrated. Best of luck to you
