Can Anyone Tell Me Something About Tenants' Organizations?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Tenants can create their organizations if they want to organize themselves. These organizations are very much useful to work for the rights of all the tenants. Landlord can not forbid the tenants to create, take part or participate in tenants' organizations.  These organizations are always ready to lend a hand and they work when any of the tenants has a problem.

If there is common issue regarding the tenancy then the one as a representative of the tenants or the leader of the tenants' organization can talk to the landlord or the owner to solve the problem. This is a very simple and easy way of solving the problems of the tenants. The members of this organization can conduct their meetings anywhere in the building.

The landlord can not object any of the activities of this organization. In fact, this organization is not helpful for the tenants only but it also helps the landlords to listen to and understand the problems of the tenants regarding tenancy. Because if there is common problem of five tenants, then instead of listening to the five tenants having same problem, the landlord has to listen to the tenants' representative only once telling the same common problem.
