When Do You Bring A Kitten To The Vet?
4 six weeks old kittens, all going to new homes in two weeks. When do they need there shots?
Answers
Depends on the vet. Some say one age, and another says another age. The best route that I ever took was to take them to the SPCA, I had them get their shots and fixed at the same time, around 8 months or older.
It's cheaper at the SPCA to, because they're set up for it.To have them checked out for any other things, you need to take them to a regular veterinarian. There are plenty of sites that you can look at if you type in the search bar for cat vets.
Try this one, www.cat.justanswer.com, plenty of info there, and purinaone.com, it said the site was free to ask the veterinarian. Hope this helps.

I got a 2 month old kitten from my pound & it had already had a set of shots. They need booster shots but not sure of the exact schedule. It is a good idea to take to vet for checkups before giving away.
