Answer Question

Like other ancient people, the aborigines also had a cultural heritage of their own.  Their meetings were always characterized by corroborees.  A corroboree was a kind of celebration that consisted of music, traditional dances, mime and songs.  The songs that aborigines used to listen and sing were those forming lengthy cycles and containing lyrical expressions regarding the love for their  land and the wonders of nature.

Not only that but their deep sense of patriotism also reflected in the paintings that they had made in caves and also on rocks that are dispersed all over the continent of Australia.  Aborigines, as artists, were quite prolific in their talent, mastering at both natural and abstract art.  They used earth, ochre, charcoal, gypsum and sometimes even blood to embellish their works.  They were also deeply religious people and believed that the earth was formed by previous heroes who had died and now the surroundings of the earth were their manifestation on part of nature.
