If Working An Eight-hour Day , When Should The Lunch Break Start?
I keep hearing lunch has to be taken by the 6th hour or the state will fine the employer. Is that the truth?

Usually, eight hour work day starts from 9 am and end at 5 pm . Different working places have different lunch break timings. Most offices enjoy lunch at 1 or 2 pm. In eight hour period, a healthy lunch break should be around 30 minutes to 1 hour. There is no punishment from the state on lunch break issue.
