I Have 3 Dogs, 2labs 1german Shepard, Ages 13/4 Years. 1 Just Turned A Year And The Shepard Is 8 Years Old, How Do I Stop Them From Digging Huge Holes In My Yard? Husband At Wits End!

These 3 dogs are wonderful pets, in fact they are more like my best friends. They love to play with me and each other. They have a large fenced in yard so I don't understand why they dig, we tried putting there poo in the holes but they still dig. Can anyone give me some sound advice? I love my babies but don't like the destruction. Thanks in advance.

These dogs should not be allowed outside without supervision.  Then you are right there to correct the behavior as it is happening.  Behavior modification is the best way to correct unwanted behaviors.
Your dogs need to be inside when they cannot be supervised and crated when you are not home.
Ask your veterinarian for local trainers or behaviorists to help with this problem.
Many young dogs dig or chew things when they are bored.  You need to make sure they are getting enough activity and human contact.
You can try deterrents like pepper but you may end up having to sprinkle it over the entire yard.

Sprinkle chyenne pepper powder over the areas they dig. They don't like to smell it and dogs usually smell the spot they dig first.. I used it to keep my dogs out of the garbage can and from urinating on my flowers.. It worked..Hope this helps.
