There is a red button inside of a sleeve at the top of the relay it should be pushed in. When you try to push the button if the button does not move it has not been tripped.
On a Ford Taurus there is a fuel cut off relay that is activated but being in an accident or just being bumped from behind can trip, it should be in the trunk there is a reset button in the top of the relay just hit the reset and your engine should start right up unless the pump is actually bad.
