No, the owner of any pet should know what they are getting into before buying it or taking it in as a pet... Every animal has it's ins and outs some good some bad... Banning them no, but making it a requirement to learn about the breed before owning one isn't a bad idea and i think that would be good for any pet since the shelters never seem short of unwanted, abused, porely cared for animals etc...

I totally agree with you because animals need love to and who is man to say wether any animal can be a pet or not.If you really sit down and think about it, when you band an animal as a pet that like saying your'e not caring for the animal anymore.When you abonden an animal they would not have anyone to look after them,take care for them, love them,feed them and give them a place to live
Of course not. It's bad owners who train their pets to fight, who abuse them and make them angry animals.
