The Eliza test is done immunology  in order to know presence of antibody or antigen in the blood. This is first line technique for HIV and other virus. There can be false negative results as HIV take time to show up in the test. Red spots on the body are symptoms of many disorder, it can be allergic reactions to some allergens or medicines or chemicals and toxins. It will be better to visit a doctor for differential diagnosis and its treatment.
