Most Canadian online pharmacies deliver to other countries though they do not monitor the use of the drugs, or take any responsibility for your use of them. This is because they are only mainly interested in looking after those who actually live in Canada, and they may even ask you to sign a disclaimer stating that they cannot be held responsible for anything once the drugs are sold.
