With Recently Install Vinyl Flooring, Is It Possible Odor From Adhesive?
Acrylic adhesive seems to be giving off an odor which causes respiratory issues with my entire family.

Yes, Acrylic adhesive can cause respiratory issues due to their smell. In order to get rid of this smell, keep your apartment well ventilated and the smell would go on its own after a few days. But if you think it is a serious problem, use an ozonator to shock the rooms, it will oxidize the allergens, dust and chemicals. Or a cheaper way is to use industrial 'odor-neutralizer'.
