    Is Okay To Starve Your Self In Order To Lose Weight?

    No! Believe it or not, but the body will take defense and begin to store anything as fat in order to make up for you not eating. Yes over a long period of time you will loose weight, but in the long run it damages your body. I have a friend who was anorexic and now her thyroid doesn't work and she can never tell when she is full causing her to have to weigh and portion every meal. So my advice is smaller portions of junk food, evenly portioned meals and exercise.

      That would be very unhealthy and you could do some damage to your organs as well to loose weight you should eat every 3 or 4 hours small meals or protein drinks low carb and low sugar...so your body does not go into starvation mode and you will not loose much that way..

      No! That would be terrible to do to your body! One of the best ways to lose weight is to small meals, more often that over time will shrink your stomach so it takes less to fill you up. With some excersize and self control you'll be losing weight in no time! Water is good too. Cold cold water. You body burns calories warming the water to body temp and it can also help fill you up.

      NO, I used to have anorexia, and I nearly died, because I wouldn't eat, I was low in weight, had heart palpatations all the time, because my heart was ready to quit, and I was weak and couldn't walk very far, I slept most of the time, and threw up a lot because I was so low in potassium that the levels were at lethal levels, and that meant that I was going to die if I didn't get help. I got help and learned about starving yourself. Ultimately, someone who does this, has a chance of dying and the odds are high. Hope you don't do this. Good luck.

      Know thats dangerous and it could really harm you and your life.why not try an losing weight program like Tye Bo something like that.But don't starve your self.try walking thats what my doctor told me to do.I pray this helps you I don't want you to hurt your self.be bless japeace

      No way! Absolutely not starving your self is tourcher to your body and if it gets part of a daily routine it can become deadly so please don't stave yourself and if your doing it to be cool your putting your life online just to be cool and skinny!!!!!!
