I know i am healthy enough to help somebody with one of my kidneys.Please advise me if i should take her advise or not.thanks

For me live with your two kidneys... When our body losses one of its organ it will not function the way it was before... Be thankful that you still have your kidneys while some died because their kidney had been damaged or ruined while yours are not!!! Stay healthy & live happy... But of course when one of your family member incidentally needs it (hoping NOT) and your the one that is compatible with don't hesitate to donate...

I agree with the other answer. Hang onto it; you never know when you may need it, especially if the one you're left with suddenly fails (which would be very ironic).
In any case, I'm not sure you're allowed to randomly donate your body parts whilst still alive.
