    Courtesy 1st then knowledge 2nd.  I could deal with someone who was dumber than a box of rocks as long as they were nice, but a mean know it all is not who i want helping me on the phone, in a store or at a help desk.

        Customer service,As the name suggests ,is some service for customers.So the customers is the most important part.It is said that manner decision success or failure . Only good service attitude can Detains customer's heart ,those without good service attitude will not last long ,they just may get Temporary advantages,it is Unwise method .Consequently,the best Asset of customer Serrvice is good service attitude .
         Besides,efficiency and quality is also much important,the customers are Expect to buy something useful After all .Those are my  Personal perspective,so they just supplies  for the reference .Thank you!
