I assume you mean concrete. One ton of concrete (2000 lbs) divided by 150 lbs per cubic foot (apprx. Weight of concrete) would be about 13.33 cubic yards, which according to the tables you can search on-line is about 10.19 cubic meters.
If you really do mean cement, use the same procedure but use the cf weight of cement instead of concrete.
