My Female Dog Who's 11 Years Old Has Always Scented A Lot Outside But It Has Become Unbearable Taking Her For A Walk As She Stops All The Time To Scent. Any Ideas Why She's Doing It More ?

I'm sure she's only scenting as most of the time on concrete there's no wet patch left behind. When she does urinate she seems to perch for quite a long time these days.

This is so if they get loose they can find their way back. It is a natural thing even as they get older.

Have your dog examined by a veterinarian.  Initially a urinalysis should be run to rule
out a simple urinary tract infection.
There are other causes of increased urination and a possible increased
thirst; like urinary stones, kidney disease, diabetes, endocrine disease, and
liver issue.  A middle age to older dog
(like yours) needs yearly bloodwork to screen for these diseases or rule them
      out when sick.

There is no simple at home cure; please make sure there are
no medical causes that can be treated for her increased urination.
