Transferring File to mobile:- There are different ways to download file to the mobile phone from computer e.g. the Infra-red, Bluetooth, or through cable you have not mentioned in your question that which method you want to use for the file transfer I assume you are using Bluetooth to transfer the files to the mobile in order to transfer the file using Bluetooth you will need.
(1) Bluetooth Dongle (to be connected to your computer).
(2) Bluetooth software: - with the help of this software you will transfer the files and the most commonly used software is the Bluesoleil which is available in the market or you can download it as well.

First install the software in your computer and insert the dongle in your computer a message will appear Bluetooth device has been inserted turn-on your mobile Bluetooth on, in the software you will find a yellow kind of a ball click on it the software will start search for device once the device is detected it will be displayed there in the software right click on the device and choose the "Pair device" option it will ask for security code provide any four digits for example "1234" but make sure that to enter the same security code to both the sides i.e.  In the software and in the mobile. Again right click the device and click the "refresh services option", and again right click the device and choose the option "Connect to" and then choose "File Transfer" another window will open that will show your mobile folder browse through it and transfer the file the most easy way is to drag and drop. (1) Turn-on  your mobile Bluetooth
(2) Insert the Bluetooth dongle to your computer.
(3) Search for the device.
(4) Pair the device.
(5) Provide security codes.
(6) Choose the file transfer option.
(7) Browse through your mobile and drag n drop the file to your mobile.
