I Have A 2003 Galant And I Notice When I Stop Or Turn My Front Tires Start Popen And When I Press The Gas And Drive Down The Road Or Let Off Gas My Front Right Tire Squeals, Why?

I jacked it up and turned the right tire myself popen noise coming from behind rotor and when i turn left tire it still pops from the right one

Possibly the CV axle is bad. Take it to a reputable repair shop and have a mechanic diagnose the problem.
Most shops do not charge for diagnoses.
