Our Chihuahua Dog Wakes My Wife Up Every Morning To Urinate At 2:00am, What Can We Do To Fix The Problem? My Wife Needs To Sleep.
Chica wakes up at 2:00 to 2:30 am to urinate. She wakes my wife to let her out. We need to correct this as my wife is on medication to help her sleep now.

Well you need to change her timing to urinate so that she does not disturb your wife and your wife can sleep well in the night without being disturbed.

Unfortunately Chihuahuas have very small bladders. The only thing you can really do to stop him waking you up so early is to take his water away like 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. This will make it so he has very little water in his bladder. Then in the morning give him water again and take him outside. This should help.

I'm not sure how much help this will be, but hopefully it will add insight and help you to find a solution. A friend of mine has the same situation with her 3 yr old Papillion, she gets up every night to escort her out even though there is a doggy door readily available. However, when the dog stayed with me for 3 nights, she slept until 8am without any problem. So I think, at least in some cases, it's more of a habit than a true necessity.
My advice would be to go out with her right before going to sleep and make sure she goes, then try to delay the time you take her out when she asks by a little longer each night until you finally hit daylight. Another possibility if things become dire enough, is to purchase a few Hospital bed pads, and train her to go on that for her middle of the night needs. Small dogs are fairly easily trained to go on a pad, but it needs to be large enough so she doesn't miss the pad (a sq. Yd. Is a good size), when you take her out before bed take the pad with you and dab the center of it in her urine when she goes (I know this sounds extreme, but when you lose enough sleep you'll do anything ; ), then take the pad in and put it where she's most likely to encounter it when she wakes up, then put in ear plugs and ignore her when she tries to wake you. If she goes, but doesn't go on the pad the first night.. Repeat the process, but now put the pad when she went the night before and try again. If your willing to put up with it, give it a few nights before giving up, chances are she'll get with the program. It means running the washer one more time a day, but for a good nights sleep it's well worth it... Good luck!

Take the water away from the dog a few hours before bedtime; that way, her bladder will be empty during the night.
