It depends upon the mail server which you are using. Usually the deleted e-mail messages go to the 'Trash' section of the e-mail box. Therefore first check whether the mail lies in the trash section. Trash usually contains deleted mail messages for 5 or 7 days after which the mail server deletes the trash messages automatically. Some mail servers do not remove trash untill the user deletes it. So check the trash section soon. I hope you find your deleted e-mail there otherwise there in no other way to retrieve it.
