Seismic sea waves means the waves caused by earthquake or earth vibrations.Tsunami are giant waves which are created in the sea by volcanic eruptions,earthquakes and land side so tsunami are called as seismic sea waves.

"Seismic" is a word related to earthquake activity. So seismic sea waves are waves created by earthquake activity, which occurs when two geologic plates slide under/over each other.
