hey buddy i don't no who told u that fentanyl leaves ur system that fast but it's a lie it stays in ur system for about 3 to 5 days depending on the amount taken i know this for a fact cause i take a drug test about 50 to 100 times a year

Both are correct IV Fentynl leaves the body depending on the dose( normally 50mcg/kg) within 3- 12 hrs. . The use of the transdermal patch stays in your system longer due to the controlled realese over 72 hrs.
