My Garage Is 23' X 22'. Tiles Are 10" X 10". How Many Tiles Will I Need?

      Theoretically, you'll need 728 tiles, with nothing to spare. But of course in real life you will have waste and mistakes. If the tiles are easy to get, I would add 5% more. If it is harder to buy later, then I would get more, and put aside as spare for repair later on. You can always use the left-over tiles to make a base molding by cutting them in half. Or use them to make planters for the yard.

        I am coming up with 607.2 tiles for the whole job if this is a exact measurement with overages or deletions...
