How Can I Gain Confidence In My Knowledge Of Physical Science?
Answers
In order to gain confidence in your knowledge of physical science is similar to gaining confidence in any area of your life. Experience is the best teacher and experience comes from doing and by doing we continue to increase our knowledge. I am not certain of a specific area in physical science, you have acquired knowledge, through study and experience, but the same is true of all the sciences.
Physical science is natural science, since we study the nature of non-living systems, it is the study of natural laws and processes outside of living matter. Physical science and biological science overlap as natural sciences.
Whether your expertise, lies in physics, chemistry, astronomy or geology you have studied each of these sciences. You have learned to observe behaviors of physical objects and make comparisons. You have learned the interactions between the science of matter and energy; the properties and behavior of matter. You have learned to reflect upon the design of formal objects and you have the ability to describe all you have observed within physical objects. Your knowledge is extensive and only you possess your knowledge.
Because of your knowledge and understanding you realize, how important this knowledge is in all walks of life. Knowledge of scientific principles, and your ability to think and behave logically is a wellspring, from which, you can draw confidence. You possess ability through knowledge most of us do not possess.
Ask yourself some basic questions: What do I know about physical science? Recognize and accept the fact you have knowledge, many people do not possess. Ask your self, How can I use my knowledge for the benefit of others? What do I have to offer the world, in which I live? If, I do not use my knowledge and share my knowledge then who will? I am who the world needs, my knowledge is needed? I will stand tall!
