Well when you say milk do you mean formula? It all depends on the appetite of your baby. When my son was 3 months he was eating about every 2-3 hours and about 4oz. So I would say anywhere from 28-36oz if you are really unsure you could always call your baby doctor and they would be happy to answer the question for you.
