    Copeland's is the name of a restaurant chain established by New Orleans restaurant stalwart Al Copeland in the year 1983, eleven years after creating Popeye's Chicken and Biscuits. Copeland's provides the customer with traditional New Orleans style cuisine, consisting of jambalaya and bread pudding in casual comfortable setting.

    Since the year 2004, they had expanded to over forty locations spanning twelve states and providing a steakhouse style improved menu. The bar in Copeland's serves noteworthy cocktails which are unique to the establishment. One of their most popular cocktails is the 'crash and Burn', a large sized cocktail enough to serve two to three people.
