I Want To Learn English Language In Order To Speak Fluently, Tell Me How I Can Improve It?

I assume from what you are saying that there are no language classes available to you.  If that is the case, is it possible for you to watch television shows from America or England?  That should be helpful to you.  Are there Americans or British citizens where you live so that you might make friends with one of them and ask for help with your English?   You do not say what country you are from but you obviously have use of a computer.  Can you go on-line and watch videos that have spoken English language in them?  Would it be feasible for you to rent English speaking movies?  That is about the only things that I can think of that would assist you in your quest to speak English fluently.
