Security - Your business data is with them
Access - If your internet link goes down, then your people can't work
Flexibility - You are likely to be sharing applications with other businesses and so you may be limited by what you an change and other people's changes might affect you...
Ownership - be clear that your service agreement means that your data is yours not theirs
Integration - this can work both ways. If your service provider does not want to integrate then you might think that that will hold you back
Backup - you should ensure that there is a disaster recovery plan
There are many advantages and on balance it's definitely worth considering.
