What Sort Of Cream Is Used In Irish Coffee?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

In Irish coffee, the whipped cream or double layer cream is used. To maintain the preparation, it is required that the cream must not mix up with the liquids (coffee and whisky) but sustain on the top of the liquid. So it is the double layer heavy cream required to prepare the most enchanting Irish coffee. And if you are going to prepare it at your home, you must be careful not to stir the cream once you add them on the top of the coffee.

Or you can buy the "Bailey's Irish Creme" which is a blended creme/liquer similar to the actual stuff you make from scratch.
