Usually anything which is out of character should be checked out. Book yourself an appointment with the doctor as soon as you can just to be sure that it is nothing to worry about.

Sometimes people do just start to get nosebleeds every now and again. It could be that you are deficient in something such as Vitamin K, but it could also be from an infection in the lining of the nose. There are various reasons why it could be occuring but generally you will not know until yu go to the doctor. Perhaps your cold has burst a lot of blood vessels within the nose and that is what is wrong?

So overall book a doctors appointment and try not to worry. It is just better to be safe than sorry when something happens which is out of character for you.
