    If A Tenant Has Terminated A Lease Early And Vacated A House Upon Finishing The Last Paid Month But Left Possessions In The Garage What Recourse Does The Landlord Have To Remove Tenants Possessions From Garage?

    It really depends upon the State that you are in! But in Most States the Land Lord has the right to call or contact the Tennant and inform him/her that possessions were left and that the Land Lord is going to remove them to another storage place for a period of 30 days and the Tennant can come and pick up the possessions any time during the 30 days by paying a reasonable storage fee. After the 30 days the Land Lord has the right to dispose of the possessions. He can either throw them away or sell them to recover any expenses he incurred removing the possessions from the property. You can usually go Online and search for Rental/Lease agreements for your state and get a more accurate answer.
