But in Most States the Land Lord has the right to call or contact the Tennant and inform him/her that possessions were left and that the Land Lord is going to remove them to another storage place for a period of 30 days and the Tennant can come and pick up the possessions any time during the 30 days by paying a reasonable storage fee.
