I Am So So Weak Although I Eat Plenty Of Food, There Is No Effect On My Health.Can You Offer Help?

    Try this:
    1) masters of healthy food milk &honey (250ml milk&2 teaspoon honey/day will be good)
    2)fruits(especially bananas)&vegetables(lots of them)
    3)fish twice/week at least
    4)1 or 2 eggs/day
    5)if u can insert garlic in your meals will be useful for you
    6)meat&chicken as you like but not much
    you should do daily exercise even if walking as possible as you can
    you should also arrange your life(sleeping,waking up,working and your meals)
    be away from stress as you can

      Instead of eating plenty of food you must use food that are rich in calcium and vitamins like fruits and take milk regularly. Besides taking diet you should go for body building that will enhance your body structure and you will get better day to day.

        You should try a diet, not the diets in which you loose weight, but the life long diets that keep you healthy.
