Why Is My 11 Month Old Bleeding From The Ear?

I have a 11 month old who's ear has bleed twice now. The first time she saw the doctor one day before the ear bleed then i took her back and they said she was fine to take her off the bottle so we did. Last week she was at the doctors for a check up and they checked her ears and every thing was fine. Then a week later the ear was bleeding again. What should i do? What are some things i should be looking for. By the way it is the same ear.
