How Do Humans Use Energy That Is Released In Cellular Respiration?

    This wouldnt happen to be Study for Year 12 Biology exam on monday! Same boat as me if so....I think it is used to fuse together ADP and Phosphate which forms ATP then broken down into ADP again to release energy for cellular processes.
