Can You Be Evicted If Landlord Has Accepted Rent Payments?
If tenant has made rent payments and landlord has accepted and not returned any payments, can the landlord still submit a writ of possession and evict?

Landlord can evict you on special grounds according to the law in your state. Now every thing depends upon the situation. You must have your security deposit back and all other due amount according to the law. The law is different in different states. You should see a lawyer for your rights first.
