Who Was King John?

    King John was a monarch of Medieval England. He was born in 1167 and died in 1216. He is one of the most controversial monarchs and is associated with signing of Magna Carta in 1215.

    He developed a reputation for violent rages which lead to his death. He was given the name of John Lackland in 1189.
    In year 1911, King Richard left England for crusades and left John in charge of the country. John proved to be a disaster one more time and within the next six months, he was sent back home.
