When Disc bakes squeak that tells me and now you that your brake pads are worn out and you now are braking metal rubbing metal. If you keep driving you will have to get brake pads and you disc turned. Now if you still keep driving you will then have to buy new brake pads and a new disc. What l am say the more you drive the more damage you do.
Now if your ride does not have disc brakes at all then you need to blow out the dust. Suggest you have some kind of mouth and nose protection because older cars used Asbestos in the brake linings.
