My cats have fleas so bad i hate to use anything unless i know for sure it won't hurt them in anyway, I also have fleas in my carpet i need to get rid of them

As far as flea prevention and treatment goes, it's always someone says. What someone says is usually wrong, though. No. Do not put baby powder on your cat. Although I'm unsure if this will cause a problem, I'm sure it can't be good. If you have nothing to put on the cat (IE - Front-line, Advantage, Revolution) then you can bathe your can in LEMON SCENTED JOY. This does kill most of the fleas on your cat.
