    U should weigh at least 183pounds by doing that u have to add more calories to your food. U need 2,890 in a week and 850 calories in a day to see any improvements. U have to exercise to get more muscle and to weigh more you should see an doing in yourself. Try to avoid running around or doing lots of exercises therefore you will burn calories so your gainin nothing, once u have ate try to sit down or even lie down try to avoid any physical activities which will use your energy. Trust me it works jus try what i said for a month i guarantee you it will work! Good luck m8  xx
